  • HOW DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?

Whether your needs are for weekly conversations, monthly check-ins, clarifying your mission behind parenting, or asking specific questions about specific stages and situations, I will partner with you to create a coaching program that will come alongside moms, dads, both, or the children and seek ways to unlock the potential of the home and purpose of our calling.

  • HOW IS LIFE COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY OR COUNSELING?

Where counselling tends to focus on the past, coaching focuses on where you are and where you want to be. And aids you to develop tools and goals to get you there. Life coaches do not diagnose, do not dig into the past, and do not give medical advice.

  • WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COACHING?

Sometimes in life we can feel a little lost or as if are not living up to our potential. We know that things could and possibly should be different, but we just don’t know where to start. Coaching will help bring clarity to your life, challenge you to goal set, hold you accountable, and make you feel that you are not alone. Many times, clients will feel a positive shift simply after their first session.

  • WHAT IS FAMILY COACHING?

Sara’s desire is to help the family unit in times of struggle or just to gain a better map for where they are going. The 5 Levels of Parenting is an influence/leadership development tool she uses to guide her sessions with the family in mind.

  • DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO MULTIPLE SESSIONS AND PAY FOR THEM IN ADVANCE?

The simple answer is no. Sara desires for her clients to be committed to the process, but several of her clients are as needed. Once you and Sara determine your coaching journey, you can decide how many sessions you want or need. You will schedule one at a time and pay only as you go.
